Ron Callis Jr is the CEO of One Firefly, LLC, an award-winning marketing agency catering to the residential and commercial custom integration industry. Ron got his start as a sales engineer in 2000 when he joined Lutron Electronics, and he later transitioned to Crestron Electronics in 2003. After working with hundreds of integration firms throughout the United States, Ron observed the industry’s need for enhanced design and engineering services and launched Firefly Design Group in 2007. When he gained a business partner in 2011, the new brand One Firefly was born, and today, it is exclusively focused on providing marketing services to technology professionals. Ron is a Certified CEDIA Instructor and an elected board member of Azione Unlimited, The Smart Home Association. He attained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He currently resides in Tamarac, FL., with his wife, Danielle, and his son, Max, who is 12.
